FCS Picks/Week 11

The James Madison Dukes bring a four-game winning streak into today’s game against the William & Mary Tribe. Game time is 3:30 pm ET at Cary Field in Williamsburg.

JMU (8-1, 5-1 in the CAA) has been led by QB Cole Johnson, who has thrown for 2,256 yards and completed 68.4 percent of his passes with 25 TDs against only 2 INTs. The Dukes offense has been averaging 38.6 points per game and 438.9 yards per game. James Madison is coming off a 51-14 win over Campbell that followed victories over Elon, Delaware and Richmond, the latter two coming on the road.

William & Mary (6-3, 4-2) is coming off a 24-3 loss at Delaware that followed their upset win over Villanova the week before. The Delaware game saw the offense able to produce only 228 yards and a FG behind QB Darius Wilson, who struggled through the air with just 123 yards passing and an INT while completing just 50 percent of his passes (12-of-24).

Dunkel has JMU surviving this road test and extending the winning streak to five straight with a point total of 48.
