XFL Weekly Preview

The XFL season continues to roll along this weekend, as there are four games schedule. The biggest game is set to take place on Sunday, but that won’t be the only interesting matchup that will be taking place.

Betting on the XFL continues to provide a great option without the NFL being on, and the basic betting is similar. Here is a look at each of the four games and a Dunkel betting pick and prediction for each game.

Seattle Sea Dragons at Arlington Renegades

The Seattle Sea Dragons are on the road at Arlington on Friday night to take on the Renegades in an interesting game. Seattle is 4-2 on the year, and they are slim 4.5-point betting favorites over the 3-3 Renegades.

The Sea Dragons are one of the hottest teams in the league, as they have rattled off four straight victories. Seattle has been solid on both sides of football all season long, and they come into this game with a ton of momentum.

Arlington has been extremely inconsistent all season long, and that is what is going to bite them in this game. They are a team that struggles to score as well, and keeping up just isn’t going to happen. 

Bet on the Sea Dragons -4.5 as they roll to a double-digit win over the Renegades.

San Antonio Brahmas at Vegas Vipers

The 2-4 San Antonio Brahmas are on the road in Las Vegas to face the 1-5 Vipers on Saturday afternoon. Both of these teams have struggled to begin the XFL season, but it does feel as if San Antonio is the much better overall team. 

The reason that Vegas is a three-point betting favorite in this game is the fact that they are playing at home. The Vipers also have shown the ability to be great on offense at times this season, and that’s going to be the difference in this one. 

Bet on Vegas to pick up a big win in this game, and taking them at -3.0 is the way to go. 

DC Defenders at Orlando Guardians

The 6-0 DC Defenders take on the 0-6 Orlando Guardians on Saturday evening, and this game has the potential to get out of hand. DC is a 10-point betting favorite in this matchup, and they have been rolling over opponents all season long. 

Orlando is going to find a way to pick up a win at some point this season, but it’s not going to happen in this game. The Guardians will struggle to get defensive stops as it will turn into a route. 

Bet on DC to win by more than two touchdowns in this matchup.

St. Louis Battlehawks at Houston Roughnecks

The best game of the day should take place in Houston as the Roughnecks host the St. Louis Battlehawks. Houston is a slim three-point betting favorite in this game, but this one feels like where the upsets will start to take place. 

St. Louis has had a rough schedule over the last few weeks, but it’s clear that this team is one of the best in the league. The Battlehawks can score points in a hurry, and that defense has been dominant as well.

Houston has completely fallen apart on defense, and that’s going to be their biggest challenge in this one. The Roughnecks are going to struggle to get stops, and they won’t be able to keep pace. 

Bet on the St. Louis Battlehawks to not only cover the spread but to pick up an outright win in this game.
