Tampa Bay fans who were hoping to see a breakout performance from Jameis Winston in the preseason opener last week were probably disappointed in his uneven effort during a 26-16 loss to the Vikings. The No. 1 draft pick was just 9-of-19 with one interception and several off-target throws, while also mishandling a few snaps that put the Bucs' offense in a hole. It's a reminder the highly-touted QB is still just a rookie learning the pro game. Winston and the Bucs will see if they can make some improvements tonight as they host the Cincinnati Bengals.
