Week 15 CFL Preview

Week 15 of the CFL regular season is here, and we have prepared a couple of betting picks for you to check out!

Hamilton at Toronto

The CFL kicks off its 15th week with the battle of Ontario in Toronto. At the level that this Argos team is at, it seems very easy to pick them in this matchup. Mcleod Bethel-Thompson has surpassed 2k passing yards this year and ranks 5th in passing yards!

Hamilton has found its success on the ground averaging over 100 YPG as a team this season. Hamilton has been able to lock it down on defense, allowing under 20 points per game.

Toronto has not been able to lock down on D and allow over 20 PPG. If Toronto loses this game, they could lose their divisional lead!

Hamilton has been a statistically better team. However, Toronto is leading the season series and looks to continue it on Friday night.

Calgary at BC

We got a late game on the west coast this week with the Stampeders heading out to Vancouver to faceoff against the Lions. These two teams are very high-powered offensively. They both possess all-star caliber passers, and both have nearly 3k yards on the season!

Mike Reilly has been playing slightly better than Bo Levi Mitchell. Reilly is 2nd in passing yards and 3rd in touchdowns. Bo Levi Mitchell is 4th in passing yards and 8th in touchdowns.

What puts Calgary's offense over the top is Ka'deem Carey's rushing which is lacking with James Wilder. The reason that puts Calgary's team over the top is their star-studded defense.

Allowing just 19 PPG, ranked 3rd in the CFL, the Stampeders have been able to wrangle up their opponents. The Lions' defense is allowing too many yards and too many points for them to be able to contend in this Friday night matchup.

Winnipeg at Montreal

On paper, these are the two best teams in Canadian football! These two teams played each other last weekend, and Montreal hopes for a different result.

The number one ranked offense and defense take on the number two ranked offense and number two ranked defense. Sure, Montreal lost by 10 points, but Montreal played very well. This will be the game to watch this weekend.

Trevor Harris, William Standback, and all of their wide receivers are not easy to contain, and Winnipeg did not do the best job. Montreal has only allowed over 30 points once this season, and it was last week. Winnipeg is at the top of the CFL yet again, and they will show that yet again Saturday afternoon!

Edmonton at Saskatchewan

To conclude this weekend's slate of games, we have yet another rematch of last week. The Elk head into this game riding a seven-game losing streak and got shut out at home!

They have some serious work to do. The Roughriders have clinched a postseason spot and can't win the division, so they are basically stuck where they are. The Elk rank decently all across the board except in the win column, which is unfortunate for the new name team.

The Roughriders are on a three-game winning streak and have been playing like a team that allows them to contend. This game should be a nice final home game in Regina!
