The only good news about the series between the Minnesota Twins and Tampa Bay Rays is that someone finally gets to win a game. The Twins (16-37) have yet to snap out of their early-season funk, while the Rays (22-30) are in the midst of a six-game losing streak and falling farther behind in the AL East. Minnesota cracked through with a 6-4 victory last night in the series opener and the Rays will see if they can respond today behind Jake Odorizzi (2-3, 3.36) on the mound.
