Injuries have been flaring up across MLB and last night it was the Cleveland Indians turn to feel the pinch. Starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco was the first to leave in the fourth inning with pectoral tightness and was followed by Abraham Almonte in the fifth, who left with a biceps strain. Despite the depleted roster, Terry Francona's club managed to eek out a 9-8 win over Tampa Bay and will try to keep the momentum going tonight as both teams return to Progressive Field.
