College football is back with a handful of games today, including the debut of Charlie Strong as South Florida's new head coach. When last we left Strong, he was finishing out what had been a surprisingly miserable campaign at Texas. But in the Bulls, Strong inherits a team with plenty of talent led by returning QB Quinton Flowers, who finished with a higher QB rating (86.3) last year than Heisman winner Lamar Jackson.
