Although the Houston Texans are grossly outmatched, they can cover the spread today. It's all about controlling the pace of the game and time of possession.
To do this, you have to be able to run the ball well. The running game has gotten better for the Texans, especially behind Dameon Pierce. If they can get him going early, they should be in good shape.

They've had a few rough games, but a lot of them have been kept close. They only lost by three points to the Chicago Bears and 10 points to the Los Angeles Chargers. Look for the Texans to keep this game within seven points, although they'll still lose.
