Tonight's Orange Bowl matchup between Florida State and Michigan will also feature two of the more dynamic players in college football when the Seminoles RB Dalvin Cook goes up against the Wolverines do-everything defender Jabrill Peppers. After a rough start, Cook helped lead FSU back to a 9-3 finish and No. 16 ranking in the Dunkel Index, while the Wolverines (10-2 and No. 5 in the Index) came within a whisker of the CFP Playoff.
