On the road to the national championship game last year, Oregon got a scare at home when Michigan State led the Ducks, 27-18, in the third quarter. But with eventual Heisman-winner Marcus Mariota at QB, the unruffled Ducks put up 28 unanswered points en route to a 46-27 victory. Now comes the rematch with Oregon hitting the trail to East Lansing tonight to face the Spartans. The biggest change besides venue is at QB for the Ducks with transfer Vernon Adams Jr. now taking the snaps for the NFL-bound Mariota. Adams had an uneven performance in his first game against Eastern Washington last week. Oregon is hoping for a steadier hand tonight.
