Last night's return of John Lackey from the DL was considered by many his last chance to prove he should stay in the Cubs starting rotation. Only Lackey didn't see it that way. Despite struggling for much of the year, Lackey said there is no way he's going to the bullpen. And he pitched like he believed it, giving up only one run over five innings while leading the Cubs to their fifth straight victory, 5-1, against Atlanta. Chicago will see if it can make it six straight today as both teams will be back on the field in Atlanta.
