NHL Preseason/Thursday's Picks

The Vegas Golden Knights aim for their second straight preseason victory tonight as they face the Los Angeles Kings in Salt Lake City. Face-off is 9:05 pm ET at Vivint Arena.

Vegas has Vegas listed as a favorite at -135 with an over/under total of 6.0.

The Golden Knights (2-2-1) are coming off a 4-3 win over Arizona on Tuesday. Zachary Hayes opened the scoring for Vegas with a pair of goals in the first period and the Golden Knights pulled out the win despite being outshot by the Coyotes, 53-27.

The Kings (2-2-1) dropped a 5-4 decision to Anaheim on Tuesday. The Kings jumped out to a 3-1 lead, but could not hold it as Frank Vatrano scored on a power play in the third period to win it for the Ducks.
