NHL Preseason/Thursday's Picks

The St. Louis Blues look to keep their perfect start to the preseason going tonight as they host the Columbus Blue Jackets. Face-off is 8:05 pm ET at Enterprise Center.

Vegas has St. Louis listed as a favorite at -185 with an over/under total of 6.

The Blues (3-0-0) have opened with wins over the Coyotes, Stars and Blackhawks. All three of those came on the road. Left wing Josh Leivo is leading the team in goals (2) and points (3).

The Blue Jackets (2-0-1) have been almost as hot with two victories in three games. The only blemish came in an OT loss to Penguins in the opener. Justin Danforth has a team-high two goals for Columbus, while former Flames left wing Johnny Gaudreau has three assists.
