NHL Preseason/Saturday's Picks

The NY Rangers put their two-game winning streak on the line tonight as they face the crosstown-rival Islanders in a preseason matchup. Game time is 7:00 pm ET at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, CT.

The Rangers (3-2-0) have won back-to-back games over the Bruins and Devils. Wednesday’s 6-2 win over New Jersey handed the previously unbeaten Devils their first loss of the preseason and was powered by a pair of goals from Mike Zibanejad.

The Islanders (3-0-1) bounced back from their overtime loss to the Devils to beat the Flyers, 3-0, on Tuesday. Veteran goalie Cory Schneider stopped all 24 shots, while Josh Bailey had a goal and an assist to lead the offense.
