NFL Week 15 Betting Preview
14 December 2022

The 2022 NFL season is starting to wind down, as there are now just four weeks remaining in the regular season. Even though the playoffs are approaching fast, there are still so many playoff races that still need to be decided.
Here is a look at all of the NFL Week 15 games, with a Dunkel pick and prediction for each of them.
San Francisco 49ers -3.5 vs. Seattle Seahawks
The NFC West Division has been flipped upside down, and it hasn’t been as tough as expected. San Francisco looks like the clear favorite, but they just continue to be hit hard by injuries. Seattle needs to stack wins to reach the playoffs, and they will pick up an impressive double-digit win on Thursday night.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Minnesota Vikings -4.0
The Vikings are trying to bounce back after a disappointing loss to the Detroit Lions. Indianapolis has struggled all year long, and they don’t have the offense to keep up in this game. Bet on Detroit to cruise to a win on Saturday.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns -3.0
The Browns and Ravens are both coming into Week 15 with some questions, and it set up a big battle. Baltimore has been the better overall team, but they have also struggled of late. Even though the Ravens are without Lamar Jackson, bet on them to beat the Browns in Cleveland.
Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills -7.5
The Bills host the Dolphins for a huge AFC East matchup in Week 15 as the playoff race heats up. Buffalo hasn’t been as dominant this season, but they are still the best in that division. Miami will compete, but the Bills win this game and cover the spread.
Atlanta Falcons vs. New Orleans Saints -4.0
The Falcons and Saints have both had rough seasons, and bad quarterback play is to blame. New Orleans will take control of this game, though, as they win by double-digits.
Philadelphia Eagles -9.0 vs. Chicago Bears
The 12-1 Eagles take on the 3-10 Bears on Sunday, but this game might be closer than you would think. Justin Fields gives his team a chance to win each game, and they will slow down the Eagles. Philadelphia escapes with the win, but the Bears keep it within nine points.
Detroit Lions -1.0 vs. New York Jets
A pair of surprising playoff hopefuls meet when the Jets host the Lions. Detroit is the favorite in this game, but it’s hard to handicap this one. Playing at home gives the Jets a boost, and they win on Sunday.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Carolina Panthers -2.5
The Panthers are trying to make a playoff push when they host a Steelers team that is struggling. Even though Carolina has played better of late, this is still a very flawed team. Take the Steelers moneyline as they pull off the upset in this game.
Dallas Cowboys -4.5 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Cowboys head to Jacksonville to face a Jaguars team that continues to improve. The Jaguars might be playing better, but they can’t slow down the Cowboys as Dallas rolls to a double-digit win.
Kansas City Chiefs -14.0 vs. Houston Texans
The Texans are the worst team in the league, but they are competing every week. Kansas City plays down to its opponent, and that will make this game interesting. The Chiefs survive but don’t pass up on the 14 points for Houston.
Arizona Cardinals vs. Denver Broncos -1.5
The Cardinals just lost Kyler Murray to a torn ACL, basically ending their season. Denver has been a mess as well, but they have the advantage of playing at home in this one. Take the Broncos -1.5, as they have little trouble winning on Sunday.
New England Patriots vs. Las Vegas Raiders -1.0
The 7-6 Patriots take on the 5-8 Raiders in Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon. This game will have huge playoff implications, and it will be the Raiders that take care of business at home.
Tennessee Titans vs. Los Angeles Chargers -3.0
A pair of 7-6 teams meet in Los Angeles in what should be a playoff preview. The Chargers can score, but the Titans are a sound team defensively. Bet on Tennessee to get stops and pull off an upset in this game.
Cincinnati Bengals -3.5 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bengals and Bucs meet up on Sunday afternoon in a game that has the potential to be high scoring. Cincinnati loves to throw the football, and Tampa Bay has to get the offense going. This game will be tight, but it will be the Buccaneers that pull off the upset in this one.
New York Giants vs. Washington Commanders -4.5
The NFC East Division is loaded this season, and the Giants and Commanders battle on Sunday Night Football. The first game ended in a tie, but this time it will be the Commanders that win and cover the spread.
Los Angeles Rams vs. Green Bay Packers -7.5
The Rams and Packers have both been major disappointments this season, but Green Bay still has a shot at the playoffs. Aaron Rodgers is starting to heat up again, and the Packers face a bad defense in this game. Don’t expect this to be close for long as Green Bay rolls to victory.
