NBA Summer League: Friday's Picks

The NBA Summer League in Las Vegas continues today with Oklahoma City Thunder getting a boost from the return of Chet Holmgren to the lineup and looking for their third win versus the Washington Wizards. Game time is 4:30 pm ET at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas.
The Thunder have taken two of their three games so far as last year’s No. 2 pick is averaging 20.5 ppg and 9.5 rpg and 3.5 blocks. Holmgren showed no ill-effects from the foot injury that sidelined him all of last year as he went off for 25 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks in OKC’s 98-87 victory over Indiana on Wednesday. As a team, the Thunder are 4th in the league in FG% at 46.5%. The Wizards, meanwhile, have dropped two of their three contests and are coming off a 96-85 loss to San Antonio on Tuesday. The Wiz shot just 17.9% (5-28) from 3-PT range in the game and have the 6th worst 3-PT% in Summer League so far.
