NBA Preseason/Thursday's Picks

The Oklahoma City Thunder close out their preseason tonight on the road against the San Antonio Spurs. Tip off is 8:00 pm ET at AT&T Center.

Vegas has San Antonio listed as a 1.0-point favorite with an over/under set at 215.5

The Thunder (4-1) are coming off a 115-99 win at Detroit on Tuesday. OKC shot 52.3 percent from the field while Josh Giddey, Lu Dort and Jalen Williams all had a team-high 16 points.

The Spurs (1-3) will also be making their final preseason appearance. San Antonio picked up its first win on Tuesday at Utah, 111-104. Devin Vassell had a game-high 24 points.
