NBA Preseason/Sunday's Picks

The Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs are both looking to improve on disappointing seasons as they open their preseason tonight in Houston. Tip off is 7:00 pm ET at Toyota Center.

Vegas has Houston listed as a 4.0-point favorite with an over/under set at 219.5.

The Rockets finished the 2021-22 season with the worst record in the NBA at 20-62, which was 44 games behind the top team in the Western Conference, the Phoenix Suns. Houston was 11-30 at home; 9-32 on the road.

San Antonio finished 10^th in the Western Conference at 34-48 and were eliminated in the play-in game by the New Orleans Pelicans. The Spurs were 18-23 on the road and 16-25 at home.
