NASCAR: Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race Betting Preview

Under the lights at Bristol Motor Speedway, the best racers in the world will get together for the Bass Prop Shops NRA Night Race. This race has typically been held in late August, but this year, we are heading towards late September for the race.

This race is the final race of the Round of 16 in the NASCAR playoffs. Let’s take a look at our Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race Betting Preview for 2020:

Denny Hamlin +450

The soon-to-be 40-year-old from Miami has had a great season on the track. Hamlin has six wins this season and been inside the Top 10 15 times. His last two races were not the best, as he finished 12th and 13th, respectively.

Hamlin’s last win came at Dover back on Aug. 22. He started second and finished first. The very next day at Dover, though, he came away with a 19th-place finish.

Brad Keselowski +600

Team Penske member Brad Keselowski still is one of the most underrated racers in all of the sport. The 36-year-old is second in the standings, with four wins in 28 starts this season.

Keselowski started ninth last week at Richmond and came away as the winner. Back-to-back wins would be quite special, and certainly something we would not put past him.

Martin Truex Jr. +1800

Part of the Joe Gibbs Racing team, Truex Jr. just turned 40 years old but continues to be a shining star in the sport. Truex Jr. has won just one race this season in 28 races.

He also has seen 12 top five finishes and 18 Top 10 finishes. Truex Jr. ranks fifth in the standings so far and would love to use this course to skyrocket up closer.

Kevin Harvick +800

Driving the No. 4 car this weekend, as part of the Stewart-Haas Racing team, this race does not mean as much for Harvick as many of the others. He is already in, and he is the top-ranked racer in the game.

The 44-year-old started first last week and finished seventh. That came after his first-place finish despite starting eighth the previous week. Harvick has won eight times in 2020 in 28 races.

Kurt Busch +2500

Busch ranks 10th this season, and this is a guy discussed every week. 2020 does not seem to be a banner year for Busch. He has yet to win a race, and even his four top five finishes are disappointing. He is running out of time to salvage 2020.

Chase Elliott +450

As part of Hendricks Motorsports, Chase Elliott would like to take down this race. There is some pressure for him to move up from his seventh spot.

He has two wins this season and has finished inside the Top 10 11 times. After finishing 20th at Darlington two weeks ago, his fifth-place finish was better last week, but still - the crew needs more.
