It could be designed plays or well-placed screens, but the Bucks need to score from beyond the arc. Scoring in the paint won’t be enough here, even for Giannis. New York Knicks: New York is looking like a brand new team

This started last season and is carrying over into this one. The Knicks have played incredible basketball so far this season. Their 7-4 start is a credit to Julius Randle and shooting the lights out from the three-point line. This offense is the third-highest scoring in the NBA, and they’ll need every bit of it when they face the Bucks. A team that allows 108.64 points per game.

Of course, this is always easier said than done, but the Knicks are well-equipped. The first thing they’ll need to do is establish their dominance from the three-point line. The next is neutralizing Giannis Antetokounmpo; Julius Randle will be tasked with this. The good news for the Knicks is Julius is strong enough to force Giannis outside, which is exactly where the Knicks will want him.

They’re the better shooting team and perform better at the free-throw line. They also rebound better than the Bucks do, something that Brook Lopez could’ve helped with had he been playing.

Overall, the home team is the better team here and more likely to win this game. The Bucks will likely face the Knicks again, so they’ll be able to get their revenge soon. This one, though, will be a big win for the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
