Running back Henry Parrish Jr. has racked up 217 yards and four touchdowns through two weeks, and there are other running backs that can step up as well. With 518 yards of total offense through two games, Miami has been on the attack.
The defense for the Hurricanes has been sharp as well, allowing just 10 points per game. That unit is going to be tested in this game, as Texas A&M has weapons all over the field.
Aggies Need More Offense
Texas A&M has the talent to put points on the board, but they come into Week 3 scoring just 22.5 points per game. The Aggies put up just 14 points a week ago in a home loss, and there is some pressure on that offense to step up in this one.
Quarterback Haynes King has the biggest target on his back as he threw for just 97 yards in the Week 2 loss. The rushing attack has also been terrible to begin the year as the Aggies are averaging less than 100 rushing yards per game.
The defense has done its best to give the team a chance, and that unit might have to take over this game as well.
Hurricanes Blow Past the Aggies
Texas A&M is a team that entered the 2022 season with a ton of confidence, but that has to be shaken a bit after a loss a week ago. The Aggies have some serious question marks at the quarterback position, and it’s going to be hard for them to score enough points to win this game.
Miami has been putting up some big numbers on offense so far this season, and they are going to make enough plays to win this game. The Hurricanes look like a team that can win the ACC this season, and they will prove that they are for real in this one.
