The Cleveland Cavaliers certainly felt the loss of Kevin Love (separated shoulder) in their Game 1 matchup against Chicago. Mike Miller started in place of Love and had only 3 points in 16 minutes while the Cavs were outscored by 20 points with him on the floor en route to a 99-92 defeat. Meanwhile, the Bulls got a strong game out of Derrick Rose (25 points) and Paul Gasol (21 points), who consistently worked the high pick-and-roll to perfection. Chicago will see if that formula works again tonight as the teams meet in Game 2 at Quicken Loans Arena.
