First the Irish needed to come from behind to beat Michigan in the first round and then faced a 75-70 deficit to Stephen F. Austin with under two minutes remaining before pulling out a 76-75 win on Rex Pflueger's tip-in with 1.5 seconds left. But after two close shaves, the Irish now find themselves with a chance to advance to the Elite Eight for the second straight year if they can get past Wisconsin tonight.
