Green Bay comes into this game with an 0-2 record so far in the preseason, and each loss has come by at least nine points. The Packers had the best record in the NFC a season ago, and they should be great again this season.
Buffalo has gone a perfect 2-0 so far in the preseason, and they have looked extremely impressive in doing so. The Bills are on the shortlist of teams considered to be Super Bowl favorites when the season begins.
The Buffalo Bills are eight-point favorites on Saturday afternoon against the Green Bay Packers.
Bills Are Explosive
The Buffalo Bills were one of the best offensive teams in the NFL a season ago, and the same should be true this season. Buffalo scored 41 points in their most recent preseason win, and this could be another big game for the offense.
Quarterback Josh Allen is saving his talents for the regular season, but there is still a ton of talent on this roster. Buffalo can run the ball well, but they also have the ability to score points by hitting a big play.
The defense in Buffalo has also been extremely dominant so far in these games, but they will be facing an offense that has some talent on Saturday afternoon.
Defense a Key For Packers
The Green Bay Packers are going to score points when the regular season begins as quarterback Aaron Rodgers is one of the best in the NFL. Green Bay has struggled to score points this preseason without Rodgers, but this should be a much better performance.
The defense in Green Bay is going to be the biggest question this season as that unit has struggled in recent years. Facing an explosive team like Buffalo will be a nice test for this unit and could give signs as to how the season will go.
Packers Compete in Loss
Green Bay has not been very competitive up to this point in the preseason, but this team will play a lot better in this game. This is the final chance for the Packers to gain some momentum before the season opener, and it will be a better performance.
This Bills team is loaded with talent, and that talent has been on full display so far in the preseason. Even though these games don’t count for the regular season, Buffalo has been playing some terrific football in the month of August.
Buffalo is going to come away with another impressive win in the preseason, but it is not going to be easy. Take the eight points that are given and bet on the Green Bay Packers in this matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
