Firekeepers Casino 400 Betting Preview
06 August 2020

Brooklyn Michigan is the home of this weeks NASCAR event. We are excited for the event, and expect to see some of the best racers in the world compete. Joey Logano is the defending champion in this event. It was the second time he won the event. Let’s take a look at the 2020 version of the Firekeepers Casino 400
Kevin Harvick +350
The favorite in this race in the #4 car. Harvick finished 5th in the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 last weekend in New Hampshire. Harvick has raced 23 times this season, and won 4 events, and finished in the Top 5 - 15 times, which is the most in all of the circuit. Harvick has gone 9 races in a row with a Top 10 finish. Look for him to be there in the end for yet another event.
Denny Hamlin +450
Sitting in the #11 car, Hamlin is coming off a second place finish. He has also had a ton of success this season, including the most wins of any driver, with 5. Hamlin also won the Super Start Batteries 400 at the end of July. He knows the track, and knows how to win. Hamlin at +450 is a really interesting bet.
Joey Logano +600
After starting 9th last week in New Hampshire, he finished 4th. That is opposite of what happened the previous weekend, as he started 2nd, and finished 35th. Logano has 3 wins this season, and has finished inside the Top 10 -12 times. Logano is listed at +600, which is the third best odds.
Chase Elliott +750
Elliott has finished 12th, 12th and 9th in his last three races. He is due to come away with another title. His last first place finish came at the All Star race back in mid July. That was his second win of the season, and his 8th Top 5 finish of the season. Chase is listed at +750 to win the event.
Others in Consideration
Kyle Busch +800
Kyle Busch started 5th and finished 38th last weekend. That certainly is going to make him hungry for a win this weekend. He had back to back Top 5 finishes in middle July, but since has missed the Top 10 twice in a row. Busch is one of the two Busch brothers that are on the outside looking in when discussing favorites for this event.
Ryan Blaney +900
Sitting in the #12 car, Blaney was awarded the outside pole back in mid July for the Texas Motor Speedway. Blaney has finished 20th in back to back events, after starting 4th and 12th. Blaney has one win on the season, and 7 Top 5 finishes. +900 is pretty good odds for a talented driver this weekend.
Kurt Busch +2500
Can the #1 car finish in the #1 spot? While it’s a long shot, you never know, and Busch is due He has yet to win an event this season, and has only been in the Top 5 - 4 times. Busch needs to get off the losing way, and at +2500 - this could be a good bet to take and one that will pay off later on.
Best of luck and enjoy the event. We expect to see some great drama for this race on Saturday, and are excited to see who comes away as the winner! Enjoy!
