Red Sox manager Alex Cora received his 2017 World Series ring last night after serving as the bench coach for the world-champion Houston Astros last season. Cora then watched a familiar sight as Lance McCullers Jr. and the Astros bullpen shut down his potent Boston lineup and took the series-opener, 4-2. It could be more of the same tonight as the Astros send Gerritt Cole (5-1, 2.05) to the mound against the Red Sox Chris Sale (5-2, 2.76).
