There was a time when Zack Greinke was a part of the LA Angels plans. Back in 2012, Greinke was acquired by the Angels as part of their late-season push to make the playoffs. The right-hander did his part (6-2, 3.53), but LA still came up short. Then in the off-season, Greinke decided to jump ship and head to the Dodgers. Compounding the loss is the player LA traded to get Greinke -- shortstop Sean Segura -- in now leading the Seattle Mariners in their battle with the Angels in the AL West. With that as the backdrop, the Angels (38-34; No. 8 in the Index) will face Greinke and the Arizona Diamondbacks (39-32; No. 11) tonight on ESPN.
