The Rockies' Trevor Story showed plenty of pop in his bat last year after connecting for 27 HRs, an NL record for a rookie shortstop. But this year has been a struggle as Story was hitting only .180 with 6 HRs and 15 RBI before the Rockies shut him down and put him on the 10-day DL yesterday with a shoulder strain. His absence didn't do much to slow the Colorado offense as the Rockies outslugged the Dodgers, 10-7, last night.
