The Portland Trail Blazers were somewhat fortunate in their first round series to face a Clippers team that was forced to finish without stars Chris Paul and Blake Griffin because of injuries. The result was a fairly easy 4-2 series win for the Blazers and a trip to the conference semifinal where they will once again face a team (the Golden State Warriors) who are missing their star player (Steph Curry).
