Chicago Fire

16 June 2018

The Chicago Cubs offense has been inconsistent so far this season, but there's no doubt when the bats get cranked up they can still put up runs in a hurry. That was the case last night as Chicago pounded out 13 hits, including seven for extra bases, in a 13-5 rout of the Cardinals. The rivalry will continue tonight as Fox's primetime game with the Cards (36-31; No. 15 in the Index) turning to Carlos Martinez (3-3, 2.50) to put out the Chicago fire while the Cubs (39-27; No. 7) will counter with Kyle Hendricks (4-6, 3.48).  To get the Index' picks for this game and the full MLB schedule, click HERE.

In the WNBA, the New York Liberty (3-5; No. 6 in the Index) look to take advantage of Minnesota's worst start in the last eight years as they hit the road to face the Lynx (3-6; No. 5). To get the Index' picks for this game and the full WNBA schedule, click HERE.

And Week 1 of the CFL season concludes today with a pair of contests, including the Montreal Alouettes trying to reverse their woeful 3-15 campaign last year while taking on the BC Lions. To get the Index' picks for this game and the full CFL schedule, click HERE.
