Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview/Prop Picks

After falling 0-1 in the series, the Chicago Bulls will look to bounce back against the Bucks. However, with them still playing on the road, they come into hostile territory.

Will Chicago have an answer for Giannis Antetokounmpo? Or will we see Chicago struggle to stop him as they did in Game 1? Can they get their offense going early?

The Milwaukee Bucks won the first game of the series by a seven-point margin. Although there wasn't a lot of scoring, they were clearly the more dominant team.

Tonight, they'll look to land another win at home, going up 2-0 in the series. They found a way in the first game to stop the offense of the Bulls. If they can do so again, the Milwaukee Bucks should be able to win tonight.

Chicago Bulls: Matchups aren't in their favor in this series

The Chicago Bulls have a major problem when facing the Milwaukee Bucks, physicality. Their power forward, DeMar DeRozan, is massively undersized. At 6'6" and 220 pounds, DeRozan doesn't compare to the 6'11" 242-pound frame of Antetokounmpo.

Because of this, Giannis can work in the paint against DeRozan. Not only that, he's a much strong defensive presence. 

DeRozan was limited to 18 points in the first game of the series. Chicago needs to find a way to create a better matchup for DeRozan. If they can't, they need to find better scoring opportunities for Zach LaVine, who also had 18 points.

Leading the team in scoring in Game 1 was Nikola Vucevic, who had 24 points. The center leading the team in scoring isn't a good sign. 

Milwaukee Bucks: Bucks come in as 10-point favorites tonight

After their showing in Game 1, the Bucks come in as heavy favorites in tonight's game. As we mentioned above, the defense of the Bucks is what led to their seven-point win.

Tonight, we expect their offense to have a strong showing. Although they scored just 93 points in the first game, we have to remember they're ranked third in scoring.

Averaging 115.22 points per game, the Bucks' offense can be lethal, especially Giannis. Giannis put up 27 points in Game 1, shooting 10/19 from the field.

With the matchups going in favor of the Bucks, they should get out to an early lead. Considering how their defense performed in Game 1, they should also be able to hold off Chicago.

When looking at both of these teams, one thing is increasingly obvious; the Bulls aren't ready. Their offense was easily shut down by the Bucks, and DeRozan was bodied by Giannis.

Although the Bucks are heavy favorites, we believe the best option is taking Milwaukee. The Bucks are 3-0 against the Bulls over the last three games and 2-1 against the spread. 

We'd also recommend taking the over in this one, even though Game 1 went under. The total has gone over in five of Chicago's last seven games because of their defense. Take the Milwaukee Bucks -10 and over 225.
