This course is a Par 70 and barely scratches over 7,200 yards total. Since it plays much shorter than what a handful of golfers just experienced at the PGA Championship, iron play is going to be key for those that are competing after a week off.

Collin Morikawa (-37.574) has some solid history at this event, posting a 14th place last year and a second-place finish in 2020. He is coming off of a T55 finish at the PGA Championship, which he will likely bounce back from. This course demands great iron play in order to succeed, and Morikawa is one of the best to do it in that regard.
Kevin Na (-37.411) is worth some attention, especially since this victory would be a great payday for bettors. After winning this event in 2019, he missed the cut in 2020 and then had a T32 last year. He recently had a T23 performance at the PGA Championship, so he has some solid momentum heading into this one.
Potential Winning Pick
Justin Thomas (-32.481) has quietly been on a roll this season, posting seven top 10 finishes out of his last ten starts. His recent victory at the PGA Championship was great to see him stand out this season.
With one of the best iron games in this field, he has a great shot of winning. Assuming he continues his consistency, he has another great opportunity.
