CFL Week 20 Betting Preview

It is now down to the next two weeks of CFL football. Three potential playoff scenarios this week across three different games. It is all exciting, and this is definitely not a week you are going to miss out on. Come check out the Week 20 CFL preview.

Ottawa at Hamilton

Time: 7:00 pm ET

The battle of Ontario will be in Hammer Town on Friday. This is the first of a two-game series between these ball clubs. On the brink of elimination, Ottawa Redblacks are squaring off against the playoff-hopeful Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

While the Tiger-Cats are a better team, but as the favorite, they are only 2-5. This is a large spread, and it will likely be too tough for Hamilton to cover, and Hamilton has not won by more than five points since mid-September. For that reason, the Redblacks will come up with the spread.

BC at Edmonton

Time: 9:45 pm ET

The west coast battle continues with a home playoff on the line. The BC Lions head to Alberta to face off against the Edmonton Elks.

With regards to moneyline, take the Lions here. The Elks have not won at home since 2019 and are likely not going to give their fans a nice farewell.

However, the Lions will likely rest their starters, many of whom are already injured. As a result, they will not cover the spread.

Toronto at Montreal

Time: 4:00 pm ET

The first of a two-game series for these east division rivals. The eastern division title is on the line this week! The Argos are one game up on the home Alouettes. This could determine the East title this year!

The Argonauts team has been a much more consistent team. They are 6-3 ATS when favored, and Montreal is riding a two-game losing streak ATS, so bet on the Argos this week with a small line. 

Calgary at Saskatchewan

Time: 7:00 pm ET

The week ends on the West Coast in Regina. The Stampeders hope to take out the Roughriders from postseason contention.

The Roughriders seemed to have benched their starting QB, Cody Fajardo, in favor of Mason Fine this week. That will result in a fine result for the Stampeders as the defense bulldozes this offense right out of Alberta.
