CFL Week 15 Betting Preview
15 September 2022

The CFL has been rocking as it comes to a close. With only three games this week, all of them are key. Two of them are Western division throwdowns and one inter-division matchup. This will be an exciting week of Canadian football.
We are six weeks away from the postseason, so every game counts from this point onward! Check out the week 15 CFL betting preview.
Edmonton at Saskatchewan
Time: 9:30 pm ET
Dunkel Ratings: Edmonton 97.037; Saskatchewan 114.649
Dunkel Line & Total: Saskatchewan by 17 ½; 57
Vegas Line & Total: Saskatchewan by 9 ½; 50 ½
Dunkel Pick: Saskatchewan (-9 ½); Over
The West shines on Friday night. The worst in the division faces off against the division's dark horse. Neither of these teams have clinched a spot in the playoffs, nor is either club in a clinching position.
Nonetheless, this game promises to be a great blowout to start our week. Trevor Cornelius and the Edmonton Elks (3-10) head to Regina to play against Cody Fajardo and the Saskatchewan Roughriders (6-7).
A great blowout will likely be starting out the week. Regardless of whether or not the Roughriders are healthy, they still have a better floor than the Elks' ceiling.
In their two previous games this season, the Roughriders have, in fact, covered this 9.5-point spread this week. This should not be an issue for this sack-hungry defense.
Winnipeg at Hamilton
Time: 4:00 pm ET
Dunkel Ratings: Winnipeg 123.349; Hamilton 104.151
Dunkel Line & Total: Winnipeg by 19; 57
Vegas Line & Total: Winnipeg by 8 ½; 46 ½
Dunkel Pick: Winnipeg (-8 ½); Over
The only game this week where the East meets the West. The first game in the Saturday double-header looks to feature the best team in the league, along with a bottom-feeding team in Canadian football. One of these clubs has clinched a postseason ticket while the other is hanging on by a thread.
Could we be in store for two back-to-back blowouts? The weekend continues with Zach Collaros and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (12-1) head to hammer town to throw down against Dane Evans and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (3-9).
Even with Dane Evans returning to the starting QB position, it will not be enough to fend off the defending champs. Based on their records, this should not come as a shock.
It is truly hard to believe this is a rematch of the last grey cup. The Ti-Cats have really fallen off and will likely get beaten down by the champs.
BC at Calgary
Time: 7:00 pm ET
Dunkel Ratings: BC 116.690; Calgary 114.577
Dunkel Line & Total: BC by 2; 44
Vegas Line & Total: Calgary by 5 ½; 52 ½
Dunkel Pick: BC (+5 ½); Under
The best western division matchup of the week concludes week 15. Both teams are at each other's necks as they are within a game and a half of each other. This game does promise to be a good one, as the other two will likely be blowouts.
These two teams have had rollercoaster seasons as they look to straighten up at the right time! Vernon Adams Jr. and the BC Lions (8-3) as they travel to Alberta in an attempt to vanquish Jake Maier and the Calgary Stampeders (8-4).
This will definitely be this week's top game. It will definitely be a close game as well. It is very tough to determine a winner between these two, so five and a half points is a fair line.
These two teams will be stride for stride in this game. Ultimately, BC will pull off an unreal upset with Big Play VA!
