CFL Playoffs 2022 Betting Preview

We are one week away from the pinnacle of Canadian football. The top two teams in each division are going head-to-head this Sunday afternoon.

Last week, we bid farewell to the Calgary Stampeders and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats as they were both eliminated. Resulting in no upsets yet in this playoff.

That could easily change this week with four very deserving teams. With each team's season on the line, this could be the best week of football yet! Let's see who will emerge at the top of their division! 

Montreal at Toronto

Over the past few weeks, we have had Toronto and Montreal battle it out. No matter how close the game is, Toronto always seems to emerge victorious. The Argonauts are 2-1 against the ALS, with the lone Montreal win coming in the season finale.

The Argonauts are finally coming back to full strength. Andrew Harris, Shawn Oakman, and Brandon Banks are all coming back to ignite the Argos for this last playoff push.

Is this really that big of a surprise? No. But they have shown us they can consistently beat Montreal.

This will finally be the game where Toronto covers against Montreal. In both games the Argos won, they won by one point in the dying minutes of the game. But now they are back to their healthiest form and will cover this week!

BC at Winnipeg

This will likely be a better matchup than the Grey Cup. As a matter of fact, this game might be better than any of the NFL games going on.

The two best teams in the league are going head-to-head. Both clubs are fully healthy, and you'd think it would be a great game!

Although rooting for the underdog is always fun, there will be no denying the back-to-back title holders. No matter how explosive the Lions' offense is, they will likely struggle against the dynasty defense that can shut down anyone. Winnipeg showed BC up when they were fully healthy at the start of the year, and who is to say they cannot do it again?

This is a fair spread. Winnipeg will likely cover that graciously as they did earlier in the year when they picked up an electrifying win over BC. The Bombers' passing offense will explode all over the poor defense of BC.

Playing in Winnipeg ain't easy unless you're the Bombers as they make their way to their third consecutive Grey Cup!
