CFL Picks: Edmonton at Ottawa

A pair of struggling teams try to turn their seasons around tonight as the Edmomton Elks travel to Ottawa to face the RedBlacks. Kick off is 7:30 pm at TD Place Stadium.

This is a rematch from Week 1 that saw Ottawa win at Edmonton, 16-12. The RedBlacks have dropped five straight since, including a 24-7 decision against Hamilton in their last game. Overall, Ottawa is last in the CFL in scoring (14.5 ppg) and last on the defensive side in points allowed (29.8 ppg).

Edmonton comes in having lost two straight to Calgary and Winnipeg at home. But the Elks have actually played better on the road this season with both their wins coming at BC and Calgary, while they’ve dropped all four of their home contests. .
