Lon Kruger has his Oklahoma Sooners on its deepest run in the NCAAs since the Blake Griffin-led team made it to the Elite 8 in 2009. Like Griffin, these Sooners rely heavily on Big 12 player of the year, Buddy Hield, who is averaging 17.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Tonight, Hield and the Sooners will take on a surging Michigan State team that upset No. 2 seed Virginia, 60-54, last weekend.
