Oakland Raider fans couldn't ask for a better holiday gift than the thought of having Derek Carr as their QB for the foreseeable future. After struggling to find a signal-caller to lead the offense, the Raiders took Carr in the second round of the draft two years ago and seem to have found their man. Carr has already topped his rookie totals in yards passing (3,589 to 3,270) and TDs (30 to 21) while throwing one fewer INT (11 to 12). The result has the Raiders doubling their win total this season to six and looking for more as they host the San Diego Chargers tonight.
