Boston remains a terrific defensive team, allowing just 111 points per game. That defense could put up a very low number against a Houston Rockets team that has struggled to score all season long. 

Rockets Reeling In All Areas

The Houston Rockets are averaging just 107 points per game while giving up more than 113 per night. Houston has suffered some big losses during this losing streak, and now they are trying to play without Eric Gordon for the next 4-6 weeks.

Center Christian Wood leads the team with 22 points per game, and the Rockets want to play through him. Houston is one of the worst three-point shooting teams in the league, making just 32 percent of their three-point attempts. 

Houston will need to find ways to create some easy scoring opportunities if they are going to be able to make this a competitive game.

The Boston Celtics have not been able to go on a long winning streak, but this game could jump-start them into a long run. Houston is in a complete free fall at this point in time, and they are running out of healthy players. 

Boston still has some of the most talented players in the NBA, and those stars should be able to take control in this matchup. This is the perfect opportunity for the Celtics to figure out their offense, and it should lead to a blowout win.
