St. Louis Blues coach Ken Hitchcock was in no mood to deal with the refs after Game 2's 3-2 loss to the Blackhawks. First a go-ahead goal by Vladimir Tarasenko was reversed after instant replay showed the Blues were offsides. Then Chicago's go-ahead goal by Andrew Shaw was allowed to stand after Hitchcock charged that Shaw had interfered with goalie Brian Elliott. For his part, Hitchcock said it's the type of calls the Blues will have to overcome when playing the defending Stanley Cup champs.
