After two weeks overseas, the PGA Tour returns to Blaine, MN, this week for the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities. Last year's champion Jhonattan Vegas returns to defend his title at the 7,431-yard, par 71 course as many of the top golfers are taking the week off following last week's Open Championship.
