They can claim the title today if Manchester City (20-3-7; No. 2 in the Dunkel Index) fails to beat Chelsea (15-6-9; No. 6) when the two meet at Stamford Bridge. Man City has beaten Arsenal and Burnley since returning to action, while Chelsea is riding a four-match unbeaten streak. Kick off is 3:15 p.m. EST.
