The victory, which was their ninth in the last 10 games, moved the Giants to a game over .500 (51-50) and in the thick of the NL Wild Card race. San Francisco will continue its series with Chicago tonight as ace Madison Bumgarner (5-7, 3.65) takes the mound against the Cubs' Yu Darvish (3-4, 4.46).
