The Big Ten features a pair of teams heading in opposite directions this afternoon as the Ohio State Buckeyes (16-8; 6-7 in conference) travel to East Lansing to face the Michigan State Spartans (20-5; 11-3). The Buckeyes had their three-game winning streak snapped on Thursday when they fell at home to Illinois, 63-56. The Spartans, meanwhile, have bounced back from a three-game skid with a pair of wins over Minnesota and Wisconsin, the latter coming on the road. At home, Michigan State is 6-1 ATS in its last 7 games, while the Buckeyes are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 visits to MSU. In the NHL, there's been nothing blue about St. Louis' play lately as the Blues (30-22-5) have won nine straight, including yesterday's 3-0 shutout over Colorado.
